Ingredients

150g of NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk Reduced Sugar

15g Maple Syrup

5g Cornstarch

0.5g Agar Agar Powder

5g Matcha Powder

Topping

20g Shiratamako

20ml NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk Reduced Sugar

2 tbsp Anko(red bean)

 

Preparation

  1. Add NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk Reduced Sugar, maple syrup, cornstarch and agar agar powder in a pot and stir well before bringing it to a stove to boil (about 3-5 mins).
  2. Keep stirring as it comes to a boil.
  3. Once boiled, strain the mixture through a fine strainer and pour mixture into heatproof ramekins/container.
  4. Place container/ramekins into refrigerator and chill for at least 40 mins.

Topping

  1. Put the brown sugar, water and diced up ginger into a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. After boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer until the liquid thickens to a syrup-like consistency (about 4-6 min).
  3. Turn off heat and let syrup cool.
  4. Pour onto set pudding and enjoy!
