Ingredients

480g NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk No Sugar Added

45g Miso paste

15g Soy sauce

15g Sesame oil

480g Vegetable broth

15g Rice vinegar

4g Sugar

2g Grated ginger

3g Garlic

 

Preparation

  1. In a large pot, mix NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk No Sugar Added and vegetable broth. 
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Stir in miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, ginger, and garlic.
  4. Mix well until the miso paste is fully dissolved.
  5. Let the base simmer for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavours to meld. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
