Ingredients
500g Green apple, peeled & diced (filling)
400g Strawberries, cut half (filling)
200g Raspberries (filling)
150g Sugar (filling)
50g All-purpose flour (filling)
50g Butter (filling)
150g All-purpose flour (crust)
2 tsp Baking powder (crust)
60g Cold butter, cut cubes (crust)
60g Sugar (crust)
120g Magnolia Pasteurized Milk (crust)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 190°C
- Combine apple, strawberries and sugar in a bowl and let it sit for 10 mins.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add in apple and strawberries, cook for 15 mins.
- Add in flour and cook for 5 mins. Remove from heat and stir in raspberries. Transfer to baking dish and set aside
- Combine flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Add in butter and rub in with fingers until crumb like texture. Add in Magnolia Pasteurized Milk and stir until well combined.
- Ladle the batter individually around the baking dish and baking for 40 mins or until golden brown.
- Serve the cobbler warm with vanilla ice cream (optional).

Langkah-langkah
- Panaskan ketuhar ke 190 ° C.
- Satukan epal, strawberi dan gula dalam mangkuk dan biarkan selama 10 minit.
