1/2 cup Oil
200ml Water
1 pc Turneric leaf, thinly slice
2 pcs Dried tamarind slice
300g IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
1/2 tsp Salt
1kg Chicken, rough cut
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Salt (chicken)
2 inch Fresh turmeric, peeled (spice paste)
4 nos Bird eye chili (spice paste)
2 nos Red chili (spice paste)
1 no Red onion (spice paste)
Preparation
- Marinate the chicken with turmeric powder and salt, set aside for 1 hour.
- Blend all the spice ingredients into a paste.
- Heat up a wok with medium fire, add in oil and fry the marinate chicken, until lightly brown. Add in the spice paste, fry it until aromatic.
- Add in water, tamarind slice and turmeric leaf, let it boil and simmer for 10 mins.
- Add in IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk and salt. Bring it to a boil and turn off the fire.
- Serve immediately.

1 keping Daun kunyit
2 keping Asam keping
300g Susu Sejat Penuh Krim IDEAL®
1/2 sudu kecil Garam
1kg Daging ayam, dipotong
1 sudu kecil Serbuk kunyit
1/2 sudu kecil Garam (ayam)
2 inci Kunyit hidup (pes perempah)
4 tangkai Cili api (pes perempah)
2 tangkai Cili padi merah (pes perempah)
1 ulas Bawang merah (pes perempah)
Langkah-langkah
- Perapkan daging ayam dengan serbuk kunyit dan garam selama 1 jam.
- Kisarkan semua perempah untuk menjadi pes.
- Panaskan kuali atas api sederhana, masukkan minyak dan gorengkan daging ayam sehingga kekuningan. Gaulkan pes perempah sehingga sebati.
- Masukkan air, asam keeping dan daun kunyit, biarkan sehingga kuahnya meresap ke dalam ayam dan mendidih selama 10 minit.
- Masukkan Susu Sejat Penuh Krim IDEAL®dan garam. Biarkan mendidih seketika dan matikan api.
- Sedia untuk dihidang.
