Ingredients
7 slices Sandwich bread, sliced half
50g Salted butter, for spreading baking container
50g Salted butter, melted
1 can IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
3 nos Eggs
100g Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nut Meg
40g Raisin
Preparation
- Spread the butter evenly on a baking container 26cm x 20cm,
- Line the sandwich bread evenly in the container. Brush the bread with melted butter evenly. Set aside
- Add IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk and the rest of the ingredient into a mixing bowl, mix evenly.
- Pour the mixture into the baking container, let the bread soak for 10 minutes.
- Bake the bread butter pudding in a 180⁰ C pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown

50g Mentega, cairkan
1 tin Susu Penuh Krim IDEAL®
3 biji Telur
100g Gula pasir
1 sudu kecil Esen vanila
1 sudu kecil Serbuk kayu manis
1/2 sudu kecil Serbuk buah pala
40g Kismis
Langkah-langkah
- Griskan mentega pada permukaan loyang bersaiz 26cm x 20cm.
- Susunkan hirisan roti sandwich di atas loyang. Sapukan mentega cair di atas permukaan roti sandwich dengan serata. Ketepikan.
- Masukkan Susu Sejat Penuh Krim IDEAL® dan bahan-bahan lain ke dalam bekas, campur adunan sebati.
- Tuang adunan yang telah dikacau ke dalam loyang, biarkan terendam dan meresap seketika.
- Bakar pada suhu 180⁰ C selama 25-30 minit dalam ketuhar yang telah dipanaskan sehingga warna keemasan.
- Biarkan sejuk selama 20 minit sebelum dihidang.
