300g Agar-agar powder
10g Water
700ml F&N Rose Syrup
600g Cream
200g F&N Evaporated Creamer
160g F&N Vitaminised Sweetened Creamer
160g F&N Rose Cordial
250g Nata de Coco
250g Young coconut flesh
Methods
- To make rose jelly, combine the ingredients in a pot. Boil until the agar-agar powder are completely dissolved.
- Transfer the jelly mixture into a square tray, let cool and chill for at least 2 hours to set.
- Stir well, chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Cara-cara
- Untuk membuat jeli ros, masukkan bahan dalam periuk. Didih sehingga serbuk agar-agar larut sepenuhnya.
- Tuangkan adunan jeli ke dalam dulang persegi, biarkan sejuk dan simpan dalam peti sejuk selama sekurang-kurangnya 2 jam untuk keras.
- Potong agar-agar menjadi kiub, campurkan dengan bahan campuran susu dalam jag.
- Kacau rata, sejukkan sekurang-kurangnya 4 jam sebelum dihidangkan.
