1/2 dozen Chicken Wing
2 tsp Instant coffee powder
3 tsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp Dark soy sauce
1 tsp Light soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
2 tsp F&N Hi-Cal Sweetened Creamer
2 tsp Carnation® Evaporated Creamer
A pinch Black pepper powder
A pinch Salt
Preparation
- Marinate the chicken wings with all the ingredients in a mixing bowl for 1 hour
- Pre heat the oven to 180˚C. Remove and drain the chicken from the mixing bowl and transfer it on to a baking tray, bake it for 20 mins. Reserve the marinate for later use
- While baking, flip the chicken wing and brush it with reserved marination
- Transfer the chicken wing onto a plate and garnish with cilantro and sesame seed

3 sudu kecil Sos tiram
1 sudu kecil Kicap pekat
1 sudu kecil Kicap cair
1 sudu kecil Minyak bijan
2 sudu kecil Krimer Manis Kalsium Tinggi F&N
2 sudu kecil Krimer Sejat Carnation®
Secukup rasa Serbuk lada hitam
Secukup rasa Garam
Langkah-langkah
- Perap kepak ayam dengan bahan-bahan dan Krimer Sejat Carnation® di dalam mangkuk aduan dan biar ia selama 1 jam
- Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 180˚C. Toskan ayam dari mangkuk aduan dan pindahkan ayam ke dulang pembakar, dan bakar selama 20 minit. Ketepikan bahan perapan untuk digunakan kemudian
- Apabila ia sedang dibakar, pusingkan sebelah kepak ayam dan berus dengan bahan perapan tadi
- Pindahkan kepak ayam ke pinggan dan hiaskan dengan daun ketumbar dan biji bijan.
