Satay Sauce
15gm / 5 nos Dry chilies, soak
6gm / 1 inch Ginger, blend
200gm / 2 nos Red onion, blend
12gm / 2 clove Garlic, blend
15gm / 3 nos Lemongrass, blend
100ml Water, blend
30 ml / 2 tbsp Cooking oil
20gm Sugar
6gm / 1 tsp Salt
300ml Water
250gm Peanut, roasted
45gm / 3 tbsp Peanut butter
15gm / 1 tbsp Palm sugar
1 tin F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
Satay Meat Ingredients A
500gm Boneless chicken, cut into short strips
100gm F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
12gm / 2 tbsp Honey
6gm / 1 tsp Salt
12gm / 2 tsp Turmeric powder
12gm / 2 tsp Sugar
3gm / ½ tsp Chicken stock powder
Ingredients B (Blend into paste)
300g / 2nos Red onion
12g / 2 clove Garlics
90g Ginger
40g / 5 pcs Lemongrass
Topping
4 nos Pizza Crust / Pratta
100gm Mozzarella Cheese
50gm Red Onion, Thin Slice
50gm Cucumber, Dice
Methods
- For the satay sauce, sauté all the blended ingredients in a pot with oil. Once split from oil. Add in the rest of the ingredients, let it simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- For the satay meat, mix Ingredients A and B in a bowl and marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight for best result.
- Heat up some oil in a pan and stir fry the satay meat together with some marinates until golden brown or slightly charred.
- Get a pizza crust or prata, lay it on a tray, then add the peanut sauce, satay meat, and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 10 minutes.
- For plating, add a thin slice of red onion and diced cucumber on top. Serve it hot and enjoy.

4 keping Roti Pizza / Pratta
100gm Keju Mozzarella
50gm Bawang merah, hiris lipis
50gm Timun, dadu
Cara memasak
- 1. Untuk kuah satay tumis semua bahan blend ke dalam periuk bersama minyak masak. Sebaik sahaja pecah minyak, masukkan bahan-bahan lain, biarkan ia mendidih selama 10 minit. Biarkan ia sejuk dan sedia untuk digunakan.
- Untuk daging satay, campurkan Bahan A dan B dalam mangkuk dan perap ayam di dalam peti sejuk sekurang-kurangnya 30 minit atau semalaman untuk hasil yang terbaik.
- Panaskan sedikit minyak dalam kuali dan tumis isi ayam satay bersama sedikit bahan perapan sehingga perang keemasan.
- Dapatkan roti pizza atau prata, letakkan di atas dulang, kemudian masukkan kuah kacang, isi ayam satay, dan keju mozzarella. Bakar selama 10 minit atau sehingga keju cair.
- Untuk rasa dan hiasan, taburkan hirisan nipis bawang merah dan timun potong dadu di atasnya. Hidangkan panas dan nikmati.
