Ingredients

3 nos Flower crab

250g Pineapple

2 stalks Lemongrass (pounded)

1 sheet Turmeric leaves (knotted)

2 pcs Tamarind slice

300g Water

2 ½ tsp Salt

1 can F&N Evaporated Filled Milk


To blend

7 nos Shallot

2 cloves Garlic

2 pcs Red chili

5 pcs Bird eye chili

1 ½ inches Fresh turmeric

50g Pineapple

Preparation

  1. Insert all ingredients except for salt, sugar, and F&N Evaporated Filled Milk in a pot.
  2. Bring to boil, lowered down the heat and simmer until the crab are cooked.
  3. Season with salt. Stir in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk, bring to boil.
  4. Enjoy!

Bahan-bahan

3 ekor Ketam bunga

250g Nanas (dipotong dadu)

2 batang Serai (ditumbuk)

1 helai Daun kunyit

2 keping Asam keping

300g Air

2 ½ sudu kecil Garam

1 tin Susu Isian Sejat F&N


Bahan Dikisar

7 biji Bawang kecil

2 ulas Bawang putih

2 batang Cili merah besar

5 batang Cili padi

1 ½ inci Kunyit segar

50g Nanas

Langkah-langkah

  1. Masukkan semua bahan kecuali garam, gula, dan Susu Isian Sejat F&N ke dalam periuk.
  2. Masak sehingga mendidih. Perlahankan api dan reneh sehingga ketam masak.
  3. Masukkan garam. Tuangkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N, masak sehingga mendidih.
  4. Sedia dihidang!
