Ingredients

8 pcs Bird eye chili(pounded)

1 inch Fresh turmeric (sliced)

2 stalks Lemongrass (pounded)

1 pc Tamarind slice

500ml  Water

2 nos Potato (cubed)

1 ½ tsp  Salt

1 pc Turmeric leaf (knotted)

250g F&N Evaporated Filled Milk


Chicken Marination

1kg  Chicken (cut into pieces)

1 tsp Salt

1 tbsp  Turmeric powder

Preparation

  1. Marinate chicken with salt and turmeric for 30 minutes.
  2. Combine all the ingredients except for chicken, salt, turmeric leaf and F&N Evaporated Filled Milk in a pot.
  3. Bring to boil, add in the chicken. Simmer for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Season with salt.
  4. Add in turmeric leaf and F&N Evaporated Filled Milk, bring to boil.
  5. Once it comes to a boil, turn off the heat. Enjoy!

Bahan-bahan

8 biji Cili padi (ditumbuk)

1 inci Kunyit segar (dihiris)

2 tangkai Serai (ditumbuk)

1 biji Asam keping

500ml  Air

2 biji Kentang (dipotong dadu)

1 ½ sudu kecil  Garam

1 biji Daun kunyit (disimpul)

250g Susu Isian Sejat F&N


Perapan Ayam

1kg Ayam (potong kecil)

1 sudu kecil  Garam

1 sudu besar Serbuk kunyit

Langkah-langkah

  1. Perap ayam dengan garam dan kunyit selama 30 minit.
  2. Satukan semua bahan kecuali ayam, garam, daun kunyit dan Susu Isian Sejat F&N dalam periuk.
  3. Didihkan, masukkan ayam. Reneh selama 20 minit atau sehingga ayam masak. Perasakan dengan garam.
  4. Masukkan daun kunyit dan Susu Isian Sejat F&N, masak sehingga mendidih.
  5. Setelah mendidih, tutup api. Nikmati!
