250g Chicken meat, minced
150g Chinese cabbage, leafy part only
2 tbsp Cooking oil
1 inch Ginger
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 no Egg
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chicken stock powder
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp White pepper powder
30pcs Dumpling skin, or substitute with Gyoza skin
1 packet Instant mala hot pot stock (mala soup)
1.1L Water (mala soup)
1.1L CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer (mala soup)
5 stalks Cilantro (mala soup)
Prepartion
- To prepare the dumpling, start off by mincing the cabbage. Coat the minced cabbage with cooking oil, set aside for 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients into the bowl including the cabbage. Knead and mix the mixture for 3-5 mins until well combined
- To make dumpling, scoop 1 teaspoon of meat filling for each dumpling skin, rub the edge skin with water and seal tightly of the dumpling with palm and finger. Repeat the steps for all the dumplings. Set aside.
- Add water and instant mala hot pot stock into a pot, bring it to a boil. Once boil, add in all the dumplings let it cook for 5-10 minutes. Add in CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer and dish off from the heat.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately

1 inci Halia
1 sudu besar Kicap
1 sudu besar Kicap hitam
1 sudu kecil Sos tiram
1 sudu kecil Minyak bijan
1 biji Telur
1 sudu kecil Garam
1 sudu kecil Serbuk stok ayam
1 sudu kecil Gula
1 sudu kecil Serbuk lada putih
30 keping Kulit jiaozi, atau kulit gyoza
1 bungkus Stok mala steamboat segera (sup mala)
1.1L Air (sup mala)
100g Krimer Sejat CARNATION® (sup mala)
5 batang Daun ketumbar (sup mala)
Langkah-langkah
- Untuk menyedia jiaozi, mulakan dengan mengisar kobis. Lapiskan kobis cincang dengan minyak masak, ketepikan selama 5 minit
- Dalam mangkuk adunan, masukkan semua bahan-bahan ke dalam mangkuk termasuk kubis. Kacau dan gaul selama 3-5 minit sehingga sebati
- Untuk membuat jiaozi, Isikan 1 sudu teh pengisian ayam untuk setiap kulit jiaozi, gosokkan kulit tepi dengan air dan rapatkan jiaozi dengan telapak tangan dan jari. Ulangi langkah untuk semua jiaozi. Mengetepikan.
- Masukkan air dan stok mala steamboat ke dalam periuk, didihkan. Setelah mendidih, masukkan semua jiaozi, biarkan masak selama 5-10 minit. Masukkan Krimer Sejat CARNATION® dan keluarkan dari api
