3tbsp Oil
30g Anchovies
5g Shrimp paste (mashed)
15g Garlic (chopped)
1pc Red chili (sliced)
150g Water spinach (kangkung)
2tbsp Water
Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan, fry anchovies, shrimp paste and garlic until fragrant.
- Add in red chili, water spinach, and water.
- Toss well, enjoy!
