100g Margarine

4 clovesGarlic (chopped)

4 pcs Bird eye chili

4 stalks Curry leaves

20 pcs Prawn

600gCarnation® Evaporated Creamer

650g Yellow noodle

80g Sawi

120g Bean sprout

4 tbsp Sweet soy sauce

½ tspBlack pepper powder

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Chicken stock powder

Methods

  1. Melt margarine in a wok over medium heat, saute garlic, bird eye chili, and curry leaves until fragrant. Add in prawn, fry until the prawns start to turn red.
  2. Add in Carnation® Evaporated Creamer and yellow noodle, simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. Add in sawi and bean sprout, mix well. Season with sweet soy sauce, black pepper powder, salt, sugar, and chicken stock powder.
  4. Enjoy!

4 tangkai Daun Kari

20 ekor udang

600gKrimer Sejat CARNATION®

650g Mi Kuning

80g Sayur Sawi

120g Taugeh

4 sudu kecil Kicap Manis

½ sudu kecilserbuk lada hitam

1 sudu kecil Garam

1 sudu kecil Gula

1 sudu kecil Serbuk pati ayam

Cara Penyediaan

  1. Panaskan marjerin dalam kuali dengan api serdehana. Tumiskan bawang putih, cili padi dan daun kari sehingga naik bau. Masukkan udang, goreng hingga udang jadi warna merah.
  2. Masukkan Krimer Sejat CARNATION® dan mi kuning, reneh selama 3 minit.
  3. Masukkan sayur sawi dan taugeh, gaul sebati. Perasakan dengan kicap manis, serbuk lada hitam, garam , gula dan serbuk pati ayam.
