120g Glutinous Rice Flour
200ml Magnolia UHT Full Cream Milk
30g Sugar
A pinch Salt
20g Oil
50g Black Sesame Powder
20g Sugar
Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients in ( A ), stir until no lumps
- Cover with cling wrap and steam for 20-25 minutes.
- Mix the ingredients in ( B ) together
- Lastly, coat the mochi with the sesame mixture before serve.

50g Serbuk Bijan Hitam

Langkah-langkah
- Campurkan semua bahan dalam (A), kacau hingga tiada ketulan.
- Tutup dengan balut berpaut dan kukus selama 20-25 minit.
- Campurkan bahan-bahan dalam (B) bersama-sama.
