1g White pepper powder

10g Sugar

15g Salt

A/n Steamboat ingredients

2 stalks Spring onion, chopped

2 tbsp Fried shallot

½ can CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer

Fried fish/ Fish head

300g Fish fillet/ fish head, cut into small pieces

100g Tapioca flour

To taste Salt & white pepper powder

Soup

2 nos Ikan bilis stock cubes

2L Water

2 nos Tomatoes, cut into 4 or 6

60g Pickled mustard, sliced

2 inch Ginger, sliced

1 pc Pickled plum, lightly mashed

Prepartion

  1. To prepare fried fish/ fish head, season the fish fillet/fish head with salt and pepper. Coat the fillet/fish head with tapioca flour and fry until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. To prepare the soup, bring the water to boil in a pot. Add in all the soup ingredients and simmer for 15 mins. Add in pepper, salt and sugar.
  3. To serve, transfer the soup into a steamboat pot, put in any steamboat ingredients, fried fish, fried shallots, spring onion. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add in CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer and the steamboat is ready to be serve.
  5. Tips: CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer can be added into individual bowl (2-3 tablespoons) instead of the whole pot directly, for maximum creaminess

Bahan-bahan

1g Serbuk lada putih

10g Gula

15g Garam

secukup Bahan-bahan steamboat

2 batang Daun bawang, dicincang

2 sb Bawang goreng

½ tin Krimer Sejat CARNATION®

Ikan/kepala ikan goreng

300g Kepingan ikan/ kepala ikan, potong kecil

100g Serbuk ubi kayu

Secukup rasa Garam dan serbuk lada putih

2 biji Kiub stok ikan bilis

2L Air

2 biji Tomato, potong suku

60g Acar sawi, dihiris

2 inci Halia, dihiris

1 biji Acar plum, dihancur

Langkah-langkah

  1. Untuk menyediakan ikan goreng / kepala ikan, perapkan ikan dengan garam dan serbuk lada. Lapiskan ikan dengan tepung ubi kayu dan goreng hingga kekuningan. Mengetepikan.
  2. Untuk sediakan sup, mendidihkan air di dalam periuk. Masukkan semua bahan sup dan renehkan selama 15 minit. Masukkan serbuk lada, garam dan gula.
  3. Untuk menghidang, pindahkan sup ke dalam periuk steamboat, masukkan bahan-bahan steamboat, ikan goreng, bawang goreng, daun bawang. Didihkan.
  4. Masukkan Krimer Sejat CARNATION® dan steamboat siap dihidangkan.
  5. Tip: Selain menambah Krimer Sejat CARNATION® ke dalam periuk ,boleh tambahkan ke dalam setiap mangkuk(2-3 sudu besar), untuk rasa lebih berkrim
