1 can CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer (Panna Cotta)
100g CARNATION® Sweetened Creamer (Panna Cotta)
15g Gelatin powder, bloom with 5 tbsp water (Panna Cotta)
100ml Water (Panna Cotta)
300g Mandarin Orange (Mandarin Orange Compote)
100g Sugar (Mandarin Orange Compote)
Prepartion
- Mix all the panna cotta ingredients into a pot. Bring it to a simmer, making sure all gelatin is dissolve. Pour equally into a pudding mold. Refrigerate overnight or minimum 4 hours
- To make mandarin orange compote, in another pot, add in mandarin orange and sugar. Cook the oranges for 5 minutes and dish out to cool.
- To serve, unmold the panna cotta, and drizzle the mandarin orange compote on top. Serve chill.

1 tin Krimer Sejat CARNATION® (Panna Cotta)
100g Krimer Manis CARNATION® (Panna Cotta)
15g Serbuk gelatin, direndam dengan 5 sudu besar air (Panna Cotta)
100ml Air (Panna Cotta)
300g Limau Mandarin (kompot limau mandarin)
100g Gula (kompot limau mandarin)
Langkah-langkah
- Campurkan semua bahan-bahan panna cotta ke dalam periuk. Masak sehingga mendidih, pastikan semua gelatin sudah larut. Tuangkan sama rata ke dalam acuan puding. Sejukkan semalaman atau 4 jam
- Untuk membuat kompot limau mandarin, sediakan periuk lain , masukkan limau dan gula. Masak kompot selama 5 minit dan keluar dari api dan biarkan sejuk.
- Untuk menghidangkan, keluarkan panna cotta, dan letakkan kompot di atas panna cotta. Hidangkan sejuk.
