Caramel

50ml Water

80g Sugar

Egg Pudding

150g Whipping cream

150ml F&N Magnolia Fresh Milk

150ml F&N Orange Cordial

2 nosWhole egg

4 nosEgg yolk

4 tbsp Sugar

Topping

1 slice / serving Orange slice

½ tsp / serving Sugar

Methods

  1. To make caramel, combine sugar and water in a pot. Heat over low heat, keep swirling the pot until the sugar dissolves and turn into amber color.
  2. Evenly distribute the caramel into 6 ramekins. Set aside. Add in the chopped cilantro, stir well.
  3. Combine all the ingredients for egg pudding in a jug. Evenly distribute into the ramekins with caramel.
  4. Cover each ramekin with aluminum foil. Steam the puddings for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat, leave the puddings cover in the steamer for another 10 minutes
  5. Remove from heat, let cool and keep in refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours.
  6. Before serving, place an orange slice on the pudding, sprinkle the sugar on top of the orange. Torch until the sugar caramelized.

150g Krim putar

150ml Susu Segar Magnolia F&N

150ml Sirap Oren F&N

2 nosTelur

4 nosKuning telur

4 tbsp Gula

Hiasan

1 slice / serving Keping oren

½ tsp / serving Gula

Cara Penyediaan

  1. Untuk membuat karamel, masukkan gula dan air dalam periuk. Panaskan dengan api perlahan, terus goyangkan periuk sehingga gula larut dan sehingga keperangan.
  2. Tuangkan karamel ke dalam 6 ramekin. Mengetepikan.
  3. Campurkan bahan-bahan untuk puding telur dalam jag. Tuangkan karamel ke dalam ramekin.
  4. Tutup setiap ramekin dengan foil aluminium . Kukus puding selama 15 minit. Tutup api, biarkan puding di dalam periuk selama 10 minit lagi.
  5. Keluarkan dari periuk, biarkan sejuk dan simpan dalam peti sejuk untuk menyejukkan sekurang-kurangnya 4 jam.
  6. Sebelum dihidangkan, letak hirisan oren di atas puding, taburkan gula di atas oren. Bakar sehingga keperangan.
