Pandan Cake

120g IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk

95g Sweetened condensed milk

100g Corn oil

2 nos Egg

¼ tsp Green food coloring

100g All-purpose flour

90g Sugar

½ tsp Baking soda

½ tsp Baking powder

½ tsp Pandan extract

Pavlova Jelly

5g Agar-agar powder

130g Water

100g IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk

50g Sugar

1 nos Egg white

Mixed Fruit Cocktail Jelly

100g Mixed fruit cocktail (drained)

5g Agar-agar powder

150ml Water

350ml Mixed fruit cocktail syrup

Methods

  1. To make pandan cake, combine IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk , sweetened condensed milk, corn oil, eggs, pandan extract and green food coloring in a bowl, mix well.
  2. In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients for pandan cake. Slowly add in the egg mixture, stir until no lump.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, transfer the batter into the baking tray. Steam for 20 minutes. Set aside and let cool.
  4. To make pavlova jelly, whip egg white until stiff. Combine the remaining ingredients in a pot, boil until sugar dissolved.
  5. Turn off the heat, fold in the whipped egg white in 3 batches. Mix until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into the baking tray, on top of the cake. Let cool, keep in chiller for 30 minutes to set.
  7. To make mixed fruit cocktail jelly, combine the ingredients in a pot, boil until sugar dissolved.
  8. Pour the mixture on top of the pavlova jelly. Keep in chiller for at least 4 hours before serving.

95g Susu Pekat manis

100g Minyak Jagung

2 biji Telur

¼ sudu kecil Pewarna makanan hijau

100g Tepung gandum

90g Gula

½ sudu kecil Serbuk Soda

½ sudu kecil Serbuk Soda

½ sudu kecil Ekstrak Panda

Jeli Pavlova

5g Serbuk agar-agar

130g Air

100g Susu Sejat Penuh Krim IDEAL®

50g Gula

1 nos putih telur

Jeli Koktel Buah-buahan Campuran

100g Koktel Buah-buahan Campuran (Dikering)

5g Serbuk agar-agar

150ml Air

350ml Sirap Koktel buah-buahan campuran

Cara Penyediaan

  1. Campurkan Susu Sejat Penuh Krim IDEAL® susu pekat manis, minyak jagung, telur, ekstrak pandan dan pewarna makanan hijau ke dalam mangkuk, gaul sebati.
  2. Campurkan bahan baki untuk kek pandan ke dalam mangkuk lain. Masukkan adunan telur dan putar tanpa ketulan.
  3. Alas dulang pembakar dengan kertas parchment, tuangkan adunan ke dalam dulang pembakar. Kukus selama 20 minit. Ketepikan dan biarakan sejuk.
  4. Untuk membuat jeli pavlova, pukul putih telur sehingga kental. Gaulkan bahan baki dalam periuk , reneh sehingga gula larut.
  5. Tutup api, masukkan putih telur yang telah dipukul dalam 3 kali. Gaul sehingga sebati.
  6. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam dulang pembakar. Biarkan sejuk dan menyimpan dalam peti sejuk selama 30 minit.
  7. Untuk membuat campuran jeli koktel buah-buahan , campurkan semua bahan dalam periuk, reneh sehingga gula larut.
  8. Tuangkan adunan campuran jeli koktel buah-buahan di atas jeli pavlova. Menyimpan kek di dalam peti sejuk selama 4 jam sebelum dihidangkan.
