170g Butter (softened in room temperature)
60g Granulated sugar
110g All-purpose flour
4 nos Large egg
50g Cap Junjung® SWEETENED CREAMER
60g Horlicks powder
50g Whipping cream
90g Kaya Jam
50g Molasses
1 tbsp Dark cocoa powder
Prepartion
- Beat butter and sugar until pale. Then, add in the egg one at a time, beat until well combined.
- Add in Cap Junjung® SWEETENED CREAMER, whipping cream and Kaya Jam and stir evenly.
- Fold in the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the batter into a greased and lined 7’ inch baking tray and cover over the cake loosely with an aluminium foil.
- Steam over medium high heat for 1 hour.

1 sudu besar Serbuk koko gelap
Langkah-langkah
- Pukul mentega dan telur hingga pucat. Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji, pukul hingga sebati.
- Gaulkan Krimer manis CAP JUNJUNG®, krim putar dan jem kaya.
- Masukkan bahan-bahan yang lain dalam adunan dan gaul sebati.
- Tuangkan adunan ke dalam dulang pembakar 7’inci yang telah digriskan dan tutup permukaan kek dengan lapisan kerajang aluminium dengan longgar.
- Kukus dengan api sederhana tinggi selama 1 jam.
