Ingredients

100g Shrimps, peeled

1 tbsp Olive oil

2 tbsp Butter

2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped

1 tbsp Flour

1 cup IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk

150ml Water

1 tsp Chicken stock powder

1 tsp Black pepper

2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

To taste Salt

400g Linguine Pasta, cooked

1 tsp Parsley, chopped

Preparation

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat and cook the shrimps until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add in flour and continue cook for 1 min.
  3. Gradually stir in chicken stock powder, IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk and water. Add in Parmesan cheese, black pepper, salt and sugar. Continue to cook until the sauce thicken.
  4. Add in shrimps and pasta. Gently toss to combine.
  5. Serve immediately, garnish with parsley, if desired.

Bahan-bahan

100g Udang

1 sudu besar Minyak zaitun

2 sudu besar Mentega

2 ulas Bawang putih, dicincang

1 sudu besar Tepung

1 cawan Susu Sejat Penuh Krim IDEAL®

150ml Air

1 sudu kecil Serbuk stok ayam

1 sudu kecil Lada hitam

2 sudu besar Keju Parmesan, diparut

Secukup rasa Garam

400g Pasta Linguine, dimasak

1 sudu kecil Daun pasli

Langkah-langkah

  1. Panaskan minyak zaitun di dalam pan atas api sederhana. Masukkan udang dan masak sehingga warna keemasan. Ketepikan.
  2. Panaskan mentega di dalam pan yang sama dan tumiskan bawang putih sehingga wangi. Masukkan tepung dan tumis selama seminit.
  3. Masukkan stok ayam, Susu Sejat Penuh Krim IDEAL® dan air secara pelahan-lahan sambil kacau sebati. Masukkan keju Parmesan, lada hitam, garam dan gula. Masakkan lagi sehingga sos menjadi pekat.
  4. Masukkan udang dan pasta. Gaul sebati.
  5. Taburkan sedikit daun pasli dan sedia untuk dihidangkan.
