As needed Toasted desiccated coconut (garnish)

200g IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk

60g Corn oil

320ml Water

½ tsp Salt

60g Rice flour

Pandan Sum Sum

6 pcs Pandan leaves

340ml Water

Gula Melaka Syrup

300g Gula Melaka

100ml Water

Methods

  1. To make milk sum sum, combine the ingredients in a pot. Cook over medium heat, keep stirring until thickened.
  2. To make pandan sum sum, blend pandan leaves with water. Strain the mixture, mix the pandan juice with other ingredients in a pot. Heat the mixture over medium heat, keep stirring until thickened.
  3. Combine gula melaka and water in a pot, boil until the gula melaka fully dissolve.
  4. To assemble, evenly distribute pandan sum sum into 4 glasses, add in one layer of the milk biscuit.
  5. Top with one layer of milk sum sum, drizzle some gula melaka syrup on top.
  6. Sprinkle with some toasted desiccated coconut, enjoy!

Cara penyediaan

  1. Untuk membuat sum sum susu, campurkan semua bahan sum sum susu dalam periuk. Masak dengan api sederhana, kacau kerap hingga pekat.
  2. Untuk membuat sum sum pandan, mengisarkan daun pandan dengan air. Tapiskan cecair daun pandan. Campurkan jus pandan dengan bahan lain dalam periuk. Panaskan adunan dengan api sederhana, kacau kerap hingga pekat.
  3. Campurkan gula melaka dan air dalam periuk, reneh hingga gula melaka larut sepenuhnya.
  4. Mengedarkan sum sum pandan ke 4 gelas secara sama rata, masukkan satu lapisan biskut susu.
  5. 5.Top with one layer of milk sum sum, drizzle some gula melaka syrup on top. / Masukkan satu lapisan sum sum susu dan renjiskan sirap gula melaka di atasnya.
  6. Sprinkle with some toasted desiccated coconut, enjoy! Taburkan dengan kelapa kering! Nikmatilah!
