2L Water
2 stalks Lemongrass (pounded)
5 pcs Kaffir lime leaves (break)
4 cubes Tom yum stock cube
30g Galangal (slice)
100g Oyster mushroom
2 nos (350g) Tomato (quatered)
150g Cabbage
200g Hard tofu
2 tbsp Fish sauce
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Salt
200g F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
20g Coriander leaves
Preparation
- In a pot, boil water with lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, tom yum stock cubes, and galangal. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add in tomato, oyster mushroom, cabbage, and hard tofu. Boil for another 5 minutes. Season with fish sauce, sugar, and salt.
- Lastly, add in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk and coriander leaves. Enjoy!

30g Lengkuas (dihiris)
100g Cemdawan tiram
2 nos (350g) Tomato (potong empat)
150g Kobis
200g Tauhu keras
2 tbsp Sos ikan
2 tbsp Gula
2 tsp Garam
200g F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
20g Daun ketumbar
Langkah-langkah
- Dalam periuk, didihkan air bersama serai, daun limau, kiub sup tom yam, dan lengkuas. Reneh selama 15 minit.
- Masukkan tomato, cendawan tiram, kobis, dan tauhu keras. Rebus selama 5 minit. Perasakan dengan sos ikan, gula dan garam.
- Akhir sekali, masukkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N dan daun ketumbar. Nikmati!
