1/4 cup Butter
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1/2 can F&N Full Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 nos Ripe banana
3/4 cup Grated coconut
1/4 cup Flour
3 tbsp F&N Vitaminised Sweetened Creamer
1/4 cup Oil for drizzling
2 nos Banana for topping, sliced
Preparation
- To make the caramel, melt the butter and brown sugar in a pan. Add F&N Full Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk and cook on medium heat for about 6 minutes until the caramel bubbles and thicken. When it browns, remove from flame and set aside
- Mash the ripe bananas very briefly in a bowl
- Add the grated coconut & flour and mix well
- Put in the F&N Vitaminised Sweetened Creamer and mix again
- Drizzle some oil over a heated flat pan
- Drop 2 tbsp of the banana mixture over the pan
- When one side of the pancake is golden brown, flip it over to cook the other side
- Serve with banana slices and caramel topping.

1/4 cawan Mentega
2 sudu besar Gula perang
1/2 tin Susu pekat manis penuh krim F&N
2 nos Pisang montel masak
2 sudu besar Tepung gandum
6 sudu besar Kelapa parut
3 sudu besar Krimer Manis Bervitamin F&N
1/4 cawan Minyak masak
2 nos Pisang untuk topping, dihiris
Langkah-langkah
- Untuk membuat karamel, cairkan mentega dan gula perang di dalam periuk. Tuangkan Susu Pekat Manis Penuh Krim F&N dan masak selama lebih kurang 6 minit atau sehingga karamel memekat dan mendidih. Apabila karamel bertukar ke warna keemasan, angkat dari api dan ketepikan
- Lenyakkan pisang, seketika sahaja, di dalam mangkuk
- Masukkan kelapa parut dan tepung bersama, kemudian gaulkan
- Selepas itu, masukkan Krimer Manis Bervitamin F&N dan gaul rata
- Tuangkan sedikit minyak ke atas kuali
- Letakkan 2 sb bancuhan lempeng ke atas kuali
- Apabila sebelahnya sudah masak keemasan, terbalikkan lempeng untuk memasak sebelah lagi
- Hidangkan lempeng dengan hirisan pisang dan caramel.
