3 nos Eggs
80g Peeled shrimp, pre-boiled
1 tbsp Spring onions, chopped
½ nos Tomato, sliced
100ml CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer
pinch Salt
pinch Pepper
2 tbsp Light soy sauce
4 tbsp Corn oil/ Cooking oil
Methods
- Beat eggs and stir with chopstick follow by adding in seasoning ingredients, stir until well mixed. Add CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer and the rest of the condiments ingredients, except the shrimps into mixture.
- Heat the oil with medium heat in a medium size pan. Pour in egg mixture in the middle of the pan and flip the omelets with spatula until is fluffy and golden brown on both sides.
- Dish out and serve on a white plate.
