3 nos Eggs

80g Peeled shrimp, pre-boiled

1 tbsp Spring onions, chopped

½ nos Tomato, sliced

100ml CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer

pinch Salt

pinch Pepper

2 tbsp Light soy sauce

4 tbsp Corn oil/ Cooking oil

Methods

  1. Beat eggs and stir with chopstick follow by adding in seasoning ingredients, stir until well mixed. Add CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer and the rest of the condiments ingredients, except the shrimps into mixture.
  2. Heat the oil with medium heat in a medium size pan. Pour in egg mixture in the middle of the pan and flip the omelets with spatula until is fluffy and golden brown on both sides.
  3. Dish out and serve on a white plate.

Tips: Adding CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer gives the omelette that extra fluffiness and volume
