Ingredients
500g Carrot, grated
500ml Magnolia Sterilized Full Cream Milk
½ tsp Cardamom powder
2 tbsp Ghee
As needed Mixed nuts, roasted
2 tbsp Raisin
Methods
- In a pot, bring Magnolia Sterilized Full Cream Milk to boil then add in carrots.
- Cook until the milk evaporated, add in sugar.
- Continue to cook until half dry.
- Add in ghee, saute to dry and thicken.
- Stir in cardamom powder.
- Top with some nuts and serve.
