Ingredients
2 pcs Medium squid, cut into rings
as needed Frying powder
1.5 tbsp Butter (sauce)
1 stalk Curry leaves (sauce)
1 stalk Lemongrass, sliced (sauce)
1 pc Bird eye chili (sauce)
200g CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer (sauce)
1 pc Cheese slice (sauce)
1 tsp Chicken stock powder (seasoning)
1 tsp Sugar (seasoning)
1/2 tsp Salt (seasoning)
1 pc Cheese slice (garnish)
Prepartion
- Coat squid with frying powder, deep fry until golden brown, set aside.
- Prepare sauce by adding butter into a frying pan with medium heat. Follow by curry leaves, lemongrass, and bird eye chili. Fry until fragrant.
- Add in CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer, let it simmer until thicken. Lower the heat, add in cheese slice stir until fully melted, and add all the seasoning.
- Add the fried squid, then garnish the squid with another cheese slice, cover with a lid and cook for 3 mins until the cheese melts.
- Dish out into a plate, and ready to serve

1.5 tbsp Mentega (sos)
1 batang Daun kari (sos)
1 batang Serai, potong keping (sos)
1 biji Cili padi (sos)
200g Krimer Sejat CARNATION® (sos)
1 keping Keju kepingan (sos)
1 sudu kecil Serbuk stok ayam (perisa)
1 sudu kecil Gula (perisa)
1/2 sudu kecil Garam (perisa)
1 keping Keju kepingan (hiasan)
Langkah-langkah
- Salutkan sotong dengan serbuk goreng, gorengkan sehingga kuning keemasan, ketepikan.
- Untuk sediakan sos, masukkan mentega ke dalam kuali dengan api serdehana. Masukan daun kari, serai, dan cili padi. Tumis sehingga wangi.
- Tambahkan Krimer Sejat CARNATION®, renehkan sehingga pekat. Turunkan api, masukkan keju, kacau sehingga sebati dan tambah semua bahan perisa.
- Masukkan sotong goreng, hiaskan keju di atas sotong. Tutup dengan penutup dan biarkan ia masak selama 3 minit sehingga keju cair.
- Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
