Ingredients

500ml  Magnolia Full Cream Milk

¼ tsp  Cardamom powder

50g  Sugar

120ml  Water

1 tbsp  Cashew nuts, chopped

½ tbsp  Raisins

1 tbsp  Sliced Almonds

6 pcs  Bread slices

As needed  Ghee, for shallow frying

Methods

  1. Heat Magnolia Full Cream Milk in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. When it comes to a boil, lower the heat and cook until the milk quantity reduced to half and turns thick. Keep stirring to avoid from burning
  3. Add in cardamom powder and mix well. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and let cool and chill.
  4. Combine water and sugar in a pan, boil until thicken. Sugar syrup is ready.
  5. Remove the edges of bread slices and cut each slice into 2 triangles.
  6. Brush bread pieces with ghee. Shallow fry them in a non-stick pan over medium heat until crispy and golden brown on both sides
  7. Dip the bread pieces into sugar syrup. Arrange in a plate.
  8. Pour thickened milk over the bread. Garnish with some almond slices, raisins and chopped cashews.
  9. Enjoy!

Bahan-bahan

500ml  Susu Penuh Krim Magnolia

¼ tsp  Sebuk buah pelaga

50g  Gula

120ml  Air

1 tbsp  Kacang gajus, dicincang

½ tbsp  Kismis

1 tbsp  Badam, dihiris

6 keping  Roti

Secukupnya  Ghee

Cara-cara

  1. Panaskan Susu Penuh Krim Magnolia dalam kuali di atas api sederhana.
  2. Apabila mendidih, turunkan api dan masak sehingga kuantiti susu menjadi separuh dan pekat. Terus kacau agar tidak terbakar.
  3. Masukkan serbuk buah pelaga dan gaul rata. Tuangkan campuran susu ke dalam mangkuk dan biarkan sejuk .
  4. Satukan air dan gula dalam kuali, rebus hingga pekat. Sirap gula sudah siap.
  5. Keluarkan tepi kepingan roti dan potong setiap kepingan menjadi 2 segitiga.
  6. Sikat kepingan roti dengan ghee. Goreng dangkal dalam kuali di atas api sederhana hingga garing dan coklat keemasan di kedua belah pihak.
  7. Masukkan kepingan roti ke dalam sirap gula. Susun di pinggan.
  8. Tuangkan campuran susu di atas roti. Hiaskan dengan beberapa kepingan badam, kismis dan kacang gajus.
