Ingredients
250g Digestive biscuit (crust)
100g Butter (crust)
300g Dark chocolate, coarsley chopped (filling)
40g Milk chocolate, coarsley chopped (filling)
120g Cream (filling)
120g Magnolia Fresh Milk (filling)
56g Butter (filling)
10g Gelatin powder (filling)
2 sudu besar Water (filling)
1 sudu kecil Salt (filling)
Preparation
- To make crust, pulse the cookies in a food processor until finely ground. Add in melted butter to combine
- Divide the crumbs into 2 even portions and press onto the bottom and up to the sides of each 9-inch tart pan. Put the crust into freezer for at least 10 minutes to set.
- To make filling, place chopped dark chocolate and milk chocolate in a bowl. Bloom the gelatin powder in 2tbsp of water.
- In a saucepan, bring cream, Magnolia Fresh Milk, and butter to low boil over medium heat then add in bloomed gelatin powder, stir to dissolve.
- Pour milk mixture over the chocolate. Stir until chocolate melted
- Pour filling over the crusts and chill for at least 2 hours until set.
- Decorate with some strawberries and blueberries to serve!

40g Coklat susu, cincang kasar (Inti)
120g Krim (Inti)
120g Susu Segar Magnolia (Inti)
56g Mentega (Inti)
10g Serbuk gelatin (Inti)
2 sudu besar Air (Inti)
1 sudu kecil Garam (Intii)
Langkah-langkah
- Untuk membuat kerak, masukkan biskut dalam pemproses makanan hingga digiling halus. Masukkan mentega cair untuk digabungkan.
- Bahagikan serpihan menjadi 2 bahagian genap dan tekan ke bahagian bawah dan ke sisi setiap panci tart 9 inci. Masukkan kerak ke dalam penyejuk beku sekurang-kurangnya 10 minit.
- Untuk membuat inti, letakkan coklat gelap dan coklat susu ke dalam mangkuk. Kisar serbuk gelatin dalam 2 sudu besar air.
- Dalam periuk, bawa krim, Susu Segar Magnolia, dan mentega hingga mendidih dengan api sederhana kemudian masukkan serbuk gelatin yang telah kembang, kacau hingga larut
- Tuangkan campuran susu ke atas coklat. Kacau hingga coklat cair.
- Tuangkan pengisian di atas kerak dan sejuk selama sekurang-kurangnya 2 jam sehingga ditetapkan
- Hiaskan dengan beberapa strawberi dan blueberry untuk dihidangkan!
