Ingredients

3tbsp Oil

30g Anchovies

5g Shrimp paste (mashed)

15g  Garlic (chopped)

1pc  Red chili (sliced)

150g  Water spinach (kangkung)

2tbsp  Water

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan, fry anchovies, shrimp paste and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add in red chili, water spinach, and water.
  3. Toss well, enjoy!

3sudu besar Minyak

30g Ikan bilis

5g Belacan (tumbukkan)

15g Bawang putih (cincangkan)

1batang Chili merah (dihiris)

150g Kangkung

2sudu besar Air

Langkah-langkah

  1. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali, tumis ikan bilis, belacan dan bawang putih hingga naik bau.
  2. Masukkan cili merah, kangkung, dan air.
  3. Gaul sebati, nikmati.

Ingredients

50g Fresh Turmeric (sliced)

10g Bird eye chili (smashed)

1L  Water

 4 nos (700g)  Cencaru fish (cleaned)

150g   Long bean

 1 ½ tsp  Salt

2 tsp   Sugar

1kgCooked Rice

Preparation

  1.  In a pot, insert fresh turmeric, bird eye chili, dried tamarind slice and water. Bring to boil, simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add in the cencaru fish, simmer for another 15 minutes. Add in long bean, boil until the long bean are cooked.
  3. Season with salt and sugar. Add in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk, stir well.
  4. Enjoy with the rice!

50g Kunyit hidup (hiriskan)

10g  Cili padi (tumbukkan)

1L  Air

 4 nos (700g)   Ikan Cencaru (buang perut)

150g   Kacang Panjang

 1 ½ tsp  Garam

2 tsp   Gula

180g  Susu Isian Sejat F&N

1kgNasi

Langkah-langkah

  1. Dalam periuk, masukkan kunyit segar, cili api, asam keping dan air. Didihkan, reneh selama 5 minit.
  2. Masukkan ikan cencaru, reneh selama 15 minit lagi. Masukkan kacang panjang, rebus hingga kacang panjang masak.
  3. Perasakan dengan garam dan gula. Masukkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N, kacau rata.
  4. Nikmati dengan nasi!
