8g Dry chilli, soaked (spices)
15 nos Shallot (spices)
4 cloves Garlic (spices)
15g Galangal (spices)
4 stalks Lemongrass (spices)
2 nos Candlenuts (spices)
10g Turmeric powder (spices)
10g Belacan,toasted (spices)
80g Oil (spices)
390g CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer (curry)
12 nos Prawns, shelled & deveined (curry)
200g Pineapple, small chunks (curry)
20g Tamarind (curry)
50ml Water (curry)
4 nos Kaffir lime leaves (curry)
to taste Salt & Sugar (curry)
Preparation
- Blend all spices with 40g oil in a blender until smooth.
- Combine water and tamarind. Mix well. Strain the juice and set aside.
- Heat up the remaining oil in a pot and cook the spices until fragrant and dry.
- Stir in CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer. Add in pineapple chunks and simmer for 5 mins.
- Put in prawns and tamarind juice. Cook until the prawns are cooked.
- Add in kaffir lime leaves and season to taste. Mix well and ready to serve.

50ml Air (kari)
4 helai Daun limau purut (kari)
Secukup rasa Garam & Gula (kari)
Langkah-langkah
- Kisarkan semua bahan rempah dan 40g minyak di dalam pengisar sehingga halus.
- Campurkan air dan asam jawa. Gaul sebati. Tapiskan jus asam jawa dan ketepikan.
- Panaskan minyak yang tinggal dan tumiskan sehingga kering dan wangi.
- Tuangkan Krimer Sejat CARNATION® dan gaul sebati. Masukkan nenas dan reneh selama 5 minit.
- Masukkan udang dan jus asam jawa. Masak sehingga udang masak.
- Masukkan daun limau purut, garam dan gula secukup rasanya. Kacau sebati dan sedia untuk dihidangkan.
