Ingredients

1 no Big papaya

200ml Water

1 pc Pandan leaf

40g Sugar

4g Agar-agar powder

200g CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer

Prepartion

  1. Peel the skin, cut into half & remove the seed. Scoop out some of the flesh in the middle, leave the big space for the pudding mixture.
  2. Add water, pandan leaf, sugar & agar-agar powder into a pot and bring it to a boil.
  3. Remove pandan leaf and add CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer and give it a quick stir. Fill the papaya with the pudding mixture, keep refrigerated until firm.
  4. Cut into desired pieces & serve chill.

Bahan-bahan

1 biji Buah betik besar

200ml Air

1 helai Daun pandan

40g Gula pasir

4g Serbuk agar-agar

200g Krimer Sejat CARNATION® 

Langkah-langkah

  1. Potong setengah betik yang dikupas kulit, buang bijinya dan korek sedikit isinya di tengah untuk isikan inti.
  2. Masakkan air, daun pandan, gula & serbuk agar-agar di dalam periuk sehingga mendidih.
  3. Keluarkan daun pandan, masukkan Krimer Sejat CARNATION® dan kacau sebati. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam betik dan biarkan di peti sejuk semalaman.
  4. Potongkan buah dan sedia dihidang.
