1.5 L F&N Ice Cream Soda
As Needed Rose Jelly
8 pcs Sour plum
1.5 nos Lime, juiced
As Needed Ice
Rose Jelly
100ml F&N Rose Syrup
5g Agar-agar powder
400ml Water
Preparation
- To make Rose Jelly, combine the ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring to boil, stir until agar-agar powder completely dissolve.
- Transfer the mixture into a mold, let it set.
- Combine lime juice and sour plum in a jug, let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add in remaining ingredients, mix well.
- Enjoy!
