Chicken Marination

4 pcsChicken wingette

4 pcsChicken drumette

½ tspSalt

½ tspBlack pepper powder

Batter

70g Flour

30g Rice Flour

180g Water

Sauce

100g F&N Rut B Cordial

2 cloves Garlic (minced)

5g Ginger (minced)

½ tsp Salt

½ tsp Black pepper powder

½ tsp Lemon Juice

As needed White sesame

Methods

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper for 30 minutes.
  2. Combine all the batter ingredients in a bowl, stir until no lump.
  3. Coat the chicken with batter. Deep fry until golden brown. Set aside.
  4. To make sauce, combine the ingredients in pan, heat over medium heat. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the sauce thickened.
  5. Add the fried chicken into the sauce, toss well. Sprinkle some white sesame on top. Serve immediately!

½ sudu kecil Garam

½ sudu kecil Serbuk lada hitam

Adunan

70g Tepung

30g Tepung beras

180g Air

Sos

100g Kordial Rut B F&N

2 ulas Bawang putih (cincang)

5g Halia (cincang)

½ sudu kecil Garam

½ sudu kecil Serbuk Lada Hitam

½ sudu kecil Jus lemon

As needed Bijan putih

Cara Penyediaan

  1. Perapkan ayam dengan garam dan serbuk lada hitam selama 30 minit.
  2. Campurkan bahan-bahan untuk adunan ke dalam mangkuk, kacau sampai tiada berketul.
  3. Salut ayam dengan adunan. Goreng sehingga perang keemasan. Ketepikan.
  4. Untuk membuat sos, masukkan bahan-bahan dalam kuali, panaskan dengan api sederhana. Masak selama 3 hingga 5 minit sehingga sos pekat.
  5. Masukkan ayam goreng ke dalam sos, gaul rata. Taburkan bijan putih di atasnya. Hidangkan segera!
