200g Cooked red bean/ green bean, blended
4 tbsp F&N Vitaminised Sweetened Creamer
3 tbsp F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
150ml Water
Matcha Ice Sticks
4 tsp Matcha powder
2 tbsp F&N Vitaminised Sweetened Creamer
8 tbsp F&N Evaporated Filled MIlk
240ml Water
Flavour of Childhood ( chocolate ice sticks )
6 tsp Cocoa powder
4 tbsp F&N Vitaminised Sweetened Creamer
8 tbsp F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
240ml Water
Black & White ( cincau milk ice sticks )
1 can (300ml) F&N Season Cincau
2 tbsp F&N Vitaminised Sweetened Creamer
4 tbsp F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
Preparation
- For red bean/green bean ice sticks and black&white ice sticks, mix all ingredients together. Pour into long plastic bags and freeze overnight.
- For matcha and chocolate ice sticks, mix cocoa powder or matcha powder with 2 tbsp of hot water and stir until free from lumps. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into long plastic bags, freeze overnight.

Langkah-langkah
- Untuk batang ais kacang merah / kacang hijau dan batang ais hitam & putih, campurkan semua bahan bersama-sama. Tuangkan ke dalam beg plastik panjang dan beku semalaman
- Untuk batang ais matcha dan coklat, campurkan serbuk koko atau serbuk matcha dengan 2 sudu besar air panas dan kacau hingga tiada ketulan. Masukkan baki bahan dan gaul rata. Tuangkan ke dalam beg plastik panjang, beku semalaman.
