TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Contest:

MAGNOLIA BUY AND WIN MINIONS COLLECTION CONTEST (“Contest”).

 

Contest Period:

  1. The Contest starts from 00:00:00, 01/06/2025 and ends on 23:59:59, 31/08/2025 (“Contest Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to change, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest at any time during the Contest Period without prior notice.

 

Eligibility:

  1. The Contest is open to all legal residents in Malaysia aged eighteen (18) and above with a valid identification number at the time of the participation during the Contest Period except for any employees and immediate family members of the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies and/or its suppliers.

Participation Method:

  1. To participate in the Contest, the Participant is required to purchase a minimum of Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM10) only worth of participating Products in a single receipt (“Receipt”) from any outlets (“Outlets”) and/or invoice screenshot (“Invoice”) from any F&N’s official stores on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and F&N Life online platforms (“Online Platforms”) during the Contest Period.

 

  1. The Receipt shall come in the form of printed receipts from Outlet’s point-of-sale systems. The Receipt must consist of the details of the Products purchase, date of purchase, purchase amount, receipt number and name and/or logo of the Outlet (“Receipt Details”).

 

  1. The Invoice shall come in the form of invoice screenshot for online purchases from the Online Platforms. The Invoice must consist of the details of Products purchase, date of the purchase, purchase amount and invoice number and name and/or logo of the online platform (“Invoice Details”).

 

  1. The Receipt or Invoice as the proof of purchase (“Proof of Purchase”) is required for the Participants to submit their entries. The Organiser does not accept any alteration of Proof of Purchase in any form. Handwritten Tax Invoice Receipt, Purchase Order, and/or Delivery Note will not be accepted. 

 

  1. The Contest submission method is via WhatsApp only. Each Proof of Purchase is ONLY eligible for one (1) entry submission via WhatsApp. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Proof of Purchase with incomplete details, reprinted, duplicated, illegible, unclear, damaged, altered, modified, forged, falsified and/or in any forms that do not meet the requirements in the Organiser’s opinion. All Proof of Purchase that do not meet the requirements stated herein shall be disqualified by the Organiser without further notification to the Participants.

 

Entry Submission:

  1. WhatsApp entry participation steps
  2. Snap one (1) clear and legible picture/image in jpg or jpeg or png format of the Proof of Purchase complete with the Proof of Purchase Details (“Image”).
  3. One (1) Image must contain a picture of one (1) Proof of Purchase only and the Image file must be less than 5MB.
  4. Submit the Image via WhatsApp to 6018 228 0177 using a mobile number registered in Malaysia.
  5. Upon submitting your Image, you will receive an autoreply message prompting you to provide your full name and identification number ("Personal Details"). To complete your registration and entry submission ("Entry"), please follow the instructions in the autoreply message and submit the required details promptly. 
  6. You are required to provide your Personal Details only once. You may submit as many Entries as you want, and all subsequent Entries will be linked to the Personal Details provided initially.
  7. An autoreply acknowledgement message will be sent by the Organiser for the first WhatsApp Entry received from each mobile number only. 

 

  1. The Organiser will extract all Entries received for further processing. All Entries received are subject to the Organiser’s review and verification. The Organiser reserves the right to reject, disqualify and/or forfeit any Entries with unclear, illegible or incomplete picture/image, reprinted Proof of Purchase, duplicated Proof of Purchase, containing more than one Proof of Purchase, late Entries (i.e.: Entries received after 23:59:59, 31/08/2025) and/or altered, modified, forged, falsified in any forms that do not meet the Contest requirement at its absolute discretion without notice.

 

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to request the original hardcopy of the Proof of Purchase as per Image received in the Entry submission as the evidence for verification and prize redemption purpose. Failure to produce the original hardcopy Proof of Purchase upon request will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.

 

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit any participation in the event that the Participant(s) do not comply with the Contest Terms & Conditions.

 

Winning Chances:

  1. All qualified Entries (“Qualified Entries”) received by the Organiser during the Contest Period will be assigned winning chances in the form of a running serial numbers according to the Products purchased as stated in the Receipt submitted. 

 

  1. The Organiser will allocate serial numbers according to the purchase amount as stated in the Receipt submitted. For every Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM10), the Organiser will allocate one (1) serial number up to a maximum of ten (10) serial numbers. Any balance amount in the Receipt shall be forfeited once the maximum serial number per Receipt has been allocated.  Please refer to the Winners Selection clauses below.

For example:

  • If you purchase RM10.50 of the Products in a single Receipt during the Contest Period, the Organiser will allocate one (1) serial number.
  • If you purchase RM100.50 of the Products in a single Receipt during the Contest Period, the Organiser will allocate ten (10) serial number.
  • If you purchase RM380.60 of the Products in a single Receipt during the Contest Period, the Organiser will allocate ten (10) serial numbers.

 

  1. A set of serial numbers will be assigned to all the Qualified Entries according to the date and time received starting from serial number “1”. 

 

Weekly Prizes: 

  1. There are three (3) Weekly Grand Prizes, five (5) Weekly First Prizes, eight (8) Weekly Second Prizes and thirty (30) Weekly Consolation Prizes to be won each week for thirteen (13) consecutive weeks as per below:
  2. Three (3) Weekly Grand Prizes which consist of one (1) exclusive MINIONS Leather Bag worth up to RM1200 each.
  3. Five (5) Weekly First Prizes which consist of one (1) exclusive MINIONS Back-to-School Set worth up to RM165 each.
  4. Eight (8) Weekly Second Prizes which consist of one (1) exclusive MINIONS/TIM PLUSH worth up to RM80 each.
  5. Thirty (30) Weekly Consolation Prizes consist of one (1) Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN worth RM10 each.

 

  • 2.     There is a total of thirty-nine (39) Weekly Grand Prizes, sixty-five (65) Weekly First Prizes, one hundred and four (104) Weekly Second Prizes and three hundred and ninety (390) Weekly Consolation Prizes to be won throughout the Contest Period.

 

  • 3.     The thirteen (13) weekly periods are as follows:

Weekly Prizes Winners Selection: 

  1. Each week the serial numbers allocated to each Qualified Entry will be tabulated and added up to derive the total number of Total Weekly Qualified Entries which will then be divided accordingly to derive the winning serial numbers. In the event of numbers with decimal values, the winning serial numbers will be rounded down to the nearest whole number that results after the division. If Week 1 Total Weekly Qualified Entries serial numbers total up to 2501:
  2. Selection of three (3) Weekly Grand Prize Finalists: 2501 will be divided by 3 which equal 833.66 which will be round down to 833. The Qualified Entry assigned with serial number 833, 1666 & 2499 will be the selected finalists of Week 1 – Weekly Grand Prizes.
  3. Selection of five (5) Weekly First Prize Finalists: 2501 will be divided by 5 which equal 500.2 which will be round down to 500. The Qualified Entry assigned with serial number 500, 1000, 1500, 2000 & 2500 will be the selected finalists of Week 1 – Weekly First Prizes.
  4. Selection of eight (8) Weekly Second Prize Finalists: 2501 will be divided by 8 which equal 312.62 which will be round down to 312. The Qualified Entry assigned with serial number 312, 624, 936, 1248, 1560, 1872, 2184 & 2496 will be the selected finalists of Week 1 – Weekly Second Prizes.
  5. Selection of thirty (30) Weekly Consolation Prize Finalists: 2501 will be divided by 30 which equal 83.36 which will be round down to 83. The Qualified Entry assigned with serial number 83, 166, 249, 332, 415, 498 & so forth will be the selected finalists of Week 1 – Weekly Consolation Prizes.

 

Prizes Redemption:

  1. The Organiser will contact all the selected Prize Finalists via WhatsApp from the number 6018 228 0177 to the mobile numbers from which the Organiser received in the Qualified Entries. Each selected Finalists will be given one (1) question to answer via WhatsApp. The selected Finalists must answer the question posted by the Organiser correctly in order to win the Prize. In the event the selected Finalist fails to answer the question correctly or fails to answer within the time stipulated in the WhatsApp, the selected Finalist will be disqualified and replaced by the serial number Finalist after the serial number of the disqualified Finalist.

 

  1. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the selected Finalists cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.

 

  1. All Winners must provide personal details such as Full name as per MyKad/ID, MyKad/ID number, delivery address for verification and prize redemption via WhatsApp. Failure to provide the personal details will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture at the Organiser’s absolute discretion.

 

  1. Throughout the Contest Period each Participant can only win one (1) Weekly Prize of the higher value each week, up to a maximum of two (2) Weekly Prizes only.

 

  1. All Weekly Consolation Prizes Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN will be sent via WhatsApp from 6018 228 0177 within six (6) – eight (8) weeks from the closing date of the Contest to the Winners mobile number provided by the Winners during Entry submission.

 

  1. The Organiser will not be held responsible if any of the Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN cannot be delivered or deployed to the Winners due to any change or difference in the mobile contact number submitted by the winners to the Organiser during Prize claim submission.

 

  1. All Winners must abide by the terms and conditions of the vendors and parties arranging and providing the Weekly Consolation Prizes. The following are the terms and conditions of the Contest Weekly Consolation Prize vendor:

  1. The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to extend the timeline of Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN codes delivery as the Organiser deems necessary. The Organiser shall not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN to the Winner(s).

 

  1. All Grand, First and Second Prize Winners will receive their prize via courier within six (6) – eight (8) weeks from the closing date of the Contest to the addresses provided by the Winners.

 

  1. The Grand Prize Winner must agree to an interview for the purposes of promotion, publicity and advertisement that will be arranged by the Organiser and may have to attend the Prize Giving Ceremony, if any. The Organiser will update the Grand Prize Winners on the details of the interview and the Prize Giving Ceremony (if any). Any other additional and/or miscellaneous fees, costs and/or expenses to be incurred in connection with utilising and/or maintaining the Prize shall be fully borne by and be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winners.

 

  1. The Organiser reserves the rights to extend the timelines stated under this clause owing to any reasons beyond the control of the Organiser at no compensation to the winners.

 

  1. All Winners must abide by the terms & conditions of the party(ies) arranging and/or providing for the prizes. The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit their Prizes in the event that the Winner(s) do not comply with the Contest Terms & Conditions and Prizes Terms & Conditions.

 

  1. The Organiser makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the Prizes and shall not be responsible nor be liable for any problems and/or damage thereto or arising therefrom. 

 

  1. The Winners Result Ads will be featured on the Organiser’s Website at: https://www.fn.com.my/promotions-contests/

 

Entry Deadline:

All Entry(ies) must be received by the Organiser on or before 23:59:59, 31/08/2025. Any Entry received outside the Contest Period shall be automatically disqualified.

 

Liability, Responsibility and Rights of the Organiser:

 

  1. The picture of the prizes shown on the Contest materials are for illustration purposes only. Actual prizes may vary. The prizes will be subjected to the Prize Redemption’s Terms & Conditions that will be attached to the prizes and stated in the winner acknowledgement letters. Prizes values reflected are accurate at the time of printing.

 

  1. Prize redemption is subject to the availability of the prizes and shall be informed by the Organiser from time to time. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value, at any time without prior notice at its absolute discretion.

 

  1. Winners must take the Prizes on an “as is” basis. The prizes are not transferable, non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable for cash, credit and/or other items or voucher in part or in full. The Organiser will not entertain any complaints on the quality and quantity of the prizes after the prize has been collected by or delivered to the winner.

 

  1. The Organiser shall not be liable in the event the prize(s) are lost, spoilt, damaged or stolen during or after the delivery or collection of the prize(s). Any additional costs (including but not limited to, the travel expenses and applicable taxes) involved for the redemption or collection of the prizes are to be borne solely by the winner.

 

  1. By participating in this contest, all Participants agree to unconditionally assume full liability and responsibility to the extent permitted by law in the event of any loss, mishap, injury, damage, claim, or accidents (including death) suffered as a result of their participation in this Contest, redemption and/or utilisation of the prizes and agree to release and hold the Organiser free and harmless from any liabilities.

 

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate and/or suspend the Contest at any time, without prior notice. 

 

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit any participation in the event that the Participant(s) do not comply with the Contest’s Terms and Conditions.

 

  1. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest is final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained. 

 

  1. Participation in the Contest and acceptance of any prize(s) constitutes an irrevocable permission and consent from the participants for the Organiser to use their personal details and photographs for the purposes of publicity and advertisement without any compensation or need for prior notification to the Participants.

 

  1. The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the Terms and Conditions set herein from time to time, without any prior notice. The Organiser reserves the rights to alter, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest, mechanism of the Contest, the prizes and/or any part thereof without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, the alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser of the prize, Contest or any part thereof shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organiser (in cash or in any kind) for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Participants whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension.

 

  1. The Organiser excludes all its responsibilities and liabilities absolutely arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes or modification to the Contest or prizes or due to any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control such as governmental interference, civil commotion, riot, war, strikes, act of God, act of terrorism (including but not limited to any act of violence, hostility, national emergency, occurrence of any epidemic/pandemic outbreaks) and for any act or default by any third-party suppliers or vendors.

 

Notice Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010:

 

  1. This written notice (“Notice”) serves to inform you that your personal data is being processed by and on behalf of F&N Beverages Marketing Sdn Bhd (“F&N” or “we” or “us”). Further, by submitting this Contest entries, you hereby consent to the processing of your personal data by F&N in the manner as specified in this Notice. We shall be processing your personal data that you have provided to us, including but not limited to, your name, national identity card number, contact number, address and any other information that we have requested from you for this Contest entries. F&N will be processing your personal data, including any additional information you may subsequently provide to F&N, for the purposes of conducting this contest and contacting you (if necessary).

 

  1. The personal data that you provide us may be disclosed to our service providers only for the aforementioned purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide us is accurate, complete and not misleading and that such personal data is up to date. You may access and request for the correction of your personal data and/or to limit the processing of your personal data or make any enquiries or complaints in respect of your personal data, by emailing to our service provider at fulfilment@omniteam.com.my. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail over the Bahasa Malaysia version.

 

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify your entry in the event that you do not agree with or consent to the collection of your personal data without any prior notice at its absolute discretion.

 

Other Terms:

  1. By participating in this Contest, the Participants are taken to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Contest, and accept that all decisions made by the Organiser shall be final and binding. The Organiser reserves the right to change, amend, add or delete any of the Contest Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to the Participants and the Participants agree that their continued participation in the Contest will constitute their acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
