1 piece Apam balik

Cheese Cake Filling

600g Cream cheese

75g Granulated sugar

1/8 tsp Salt

50g F&N Evaporated Filled Milk 

1 tbsp Lemon juice

1 tsp Vanilla extract

3 no’s Eggs

Preparation

  1. Prepare a thicker apam balik, 1 inch thick. Sprinkle and brush all the condiments. Line it into a springform pan, set aside
  2. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and salt until well mixed. Mix in lemon juice, F&N Evaporated Filled Milk, and vanilla extract. Add in eggs and egg yolk, beat until lump free
  3. Pour the cheese cake filling in the springform pan. Bake the cheesecake in a preheated 95C oven until the cheese cake indicates 65C for 2 hours to 2.5 hours.
  4. Remove the cake from oven, increase the oven to 250C. bake the cheesecake for 2-5 mins until the cheesecake top layer turns brown. Remove from oven
  5. Let it cools completely in room temperature for 1.5 hours, then cools in chiller overnight
  6. Remove the cake from springform pan, divide the cake into 8-12 pieces
  7. To serve, garnish each cheesecake with apam balik condiments, such as cream corn and roasted peanuts. Enjoy cheesecake together with Teapot Squeeze Tube Gula Melaka

Inti Kek Keju

600g Krim keju

75g Gula pasir

1/8 sudu kecil Garam

50g Susu Isian Sejat F&N 

1 sudu besar Jus lemon

1 sudu kecil Ekstrak vanilla

3 biji Telur

1 biji Kuning Telur

Langkah-langkah

  1. Sediakan apam balik setebal 1 inci. Taburkan semua inti apam. Masukan ke dalam Loyang sprinform, ketepikan
  2. Pukul krim keju, gula, dan garam sehingga sebati. Campurkan jus lemon, Susu Isian Sejat F&N, dan ekstrak vanila. Masukkan telur dan kuning telur, pukul sampai tiada ketulan
  3. Tuangkan isi kek keju ke dalam loyang springform. Bakar kek keju dalam ketuhar 95C yang telah dipanaskan sehingga kek keju menunjukkan suhu 65C selama 2 jam hingga 2.5 jam.
  4. Keluarkan kek dari ketuhar, naikkan ketuhar sehingga 250C. Bakar kek keju selama 2-5 minit sehingga lapisan di atas bertukar menjadi warna coklat. Keluarkan dari ketuhar
  5. Biarkan sejuk sepenuhnya selama 1.5 jam, kemudian sejuk di dalam peti sejuk semalaman
  6. Keluarkan kek dari loyang, bahagikan kek menjadi 8-12 keping
  7. Untuk menghidangkan, hiaskan setiap kek dengan perasa apam balik, seperti jagung krim dan kacang panggang. Kek keju boleh juga dinikmati bersama dengan TEAPOT Squeeze Tube Gula Melaka
