Ingredients

220g Flour (Dough)

1/2 tsp Baking powder (Dough)

50g Sugar(Dough)

1 tsp Instant yeast (Dough)

150ml Water (Dough)

150g F&N Evaporated Filled Milk (Dough)

2 nos Eggs (Dough)

60g Sugar

180g Ground Peanuts, light toasted

100g Cream corn

30g Margarine

As needed Teapot Gula Melaka / Pandan Squeeze Tube

Preparation

  1. Mix all the dough ingredients and set aside to proof for 30 mins
  2. Lightly grease the non stick frying pan with vegetable oil and heat it with low fire. Scoop one ladle of the dough mixture into the pan, spread the mixture cover all the frying pan.
  3. Once the dough starts the bubble and dried. Sprinkle 1tsp of sugar, 2 tbsp of peanuts, 1 tbsp of cream corn and 1 tsp of margarine. Lastly drizzle with Teapot Gula Melaka or Pandan.
  4. Dish out and repeats. Serve

Bahan-bahan

220g Tepung gandum (Doh)

1/2 sudu besar Serbuk penaik (Doh)

50g Gula (Doh)

1 sudu kecil Yis segera (Doh)

150ml Air (Doh)

150g Susu Isian Sejat F&N (Doh)

2 biji Telur (Doh)

60g Gula

180g Kacang tanah yang telah dipanggang

100g Jagung manis ala krim

30g Mentega

Secukupnya Teapot Gula Melaka/ Pandan Krimer Manis

Langkah-langkah

  1. Campurkan semua bahan adunan dan biarkan sehingga kembang selama 30 minit.
  2. Sapukan sedikit minyak sayur di atas kuali dan panaskan kuali dengan api yang perlahan. Masukkan satu senduk adunan ke dalam kuali dan ratakan.
  3. Sementara tunggu adunan masak, taburkan 1 sudu kecil gula, 2 sudu besar kacang tanah, 1 sudu kecil jagung krim dan 1 sudu kecil mentega. Akhir sekali, picit F&N atau TEAPOT Squeeze Tube diatas apam balik.
  4. Angkat dan ulang beberapa kali mengikut jumlah hidangan yang dimahukan.
