500g Green apple, peeled & diced (filling)

400g Strawberries, cut half (filling)

200g Raspberries (filling)

150g Sugar (filling)

50g All-purpose flour (filling)

50g Butter (filling)

150g All-purpose flour (crust)

2 tsp Baking powder (crust)

60g Cold butter, cut cubes (crust)

60g Sugar (crust)

120g Magnolia Pasteurized Milk (crust)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C
  2. Combine apple, strawberries and sugar in a bowl and let it sit for 10 mins.
  3. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add in apple and strawberries, cook for 15 mins.
  4. Add in flour and cook for 5 mins. Remove from heat and stir in raspberries. Transfer to baking dish and set aside
  5. Combine flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Add in butter and rub in with fingers until crumb like texture. Add in Magnolia Pasteurized Milk and stir until well combined.
  6. Ladle the batter individually around the baking dish and baking for 40 mins or until golden brown.
  7. Serve the cobbler warm with vanilla ice cream (optional).

Langkah-langkah
