8 pcsChicken wingette

8 pcs Chicken drumette

¼ tsp Salt

¼ tsp Pepper powder

Frying batter

70g Tempura frying mix

30g Potato starch

180g Water

Buttermilk sauce

50g Margarine

5 pcsBird eye chili

3 stalksCurry leaves

2 cloves Garlic (chopped)

50g Gochujang

¼ tsp Salt

1 tspSugar

200gCarnation® Evaporated Creamer

20gWhite sesame

Methods

  1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken wingette and drumette with salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, combine the ingredients for frying batter. Mix well until no lump.
  3. Add the marinated chicken into the batter, make sure each chicken is evenly coated with the batter.
  4. Heat a deep pot of oil to 170°C, fry the chicken for 4 minutes. Remove the chicken from oil. Heat the oil to 180°C, double fry the chicken until golden brown. Set aside.
  5. To make the sauce, melt margarine over medium heat in a pan. Saute bird eye chili, curry leaves, and garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add in gochujang, salt, sugar, and Carnation® Evaporated Creamer. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add in white sesame.
  7. Add the fried chicken it the pan, toss well. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated with the sauce.
  8. Enjoy!

Cara Penyediaan

Cara untuk krim isian

  1. Masukkan potongan ayam dalam mangkuk dan masukkan garam dan serbuk lada. Perap selama 15 minit.
  2. Dalam mangkuk asing, masukkan bahan-bahan untuk adunan menggoreng ayam. Gaul rata hingga tiada berketul-ketul.
  3. Masukkan ayam yang telah diperap ke dalam adunan, pastikan setiap ayam disalut rata dengan adunan.
  4. Panaskan minyak dalam pot sehingga 170°C, goreng ayam selama 4 minit. Keluarkan ayam dari minyak. Panaskan minyak pada suhu 180°C, goreng ayam yang sama sekali lagi sehingga perang keemasan. Angkat dan tapiskan.
  5. Dalam kuali lain, panaskan marjerin kemudian tumiskan cili padi , daun kari dan bawang putih yang dicincang sehingga harum.
  6. Tuangkan gochujang dan Krimer Sejat CARNATION®, garam, gula. Teruskan reneh selama 5 minit. Masukkan bijan putih.
  7. Akhir sekali masukkan ayam yang digoreng tadi. Kacau sampai sebati.
