Ingredients

4 pcs Chicken drumstick

¼ cup Oil

400ml Water

1 pc Turmeric leaf, thinly slice

2 pcs Dried tamarind slice

½ can F&N Evaporated Filled Milk 

1 tsp Salt

 Spice paste

2 inch Fresh turmeric, peeled

2 nos Bird eye chili

2 nos Red chili

1 no Red onion

Preparation

  1. Blend all the spice into paste.
  2. Heat a pot, with oil and sauté the spice until fragrant. Add in chicken and coat the chicken with spices.
  3. Add in water, turmeric leaf, tamarind, and season with salt. Bring it to a boil, and leave it to simmer for 10 minutes
  4. Lastly, swirl in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk, and bring it to a boil and dish out.
  5. Serve immediately

Bahan-bahan

4 keping Peha ayam

¼ cawan Minyak masak

400ml Air

1 helai Daun kunyit, dicincang nipis

2 keping Asam keping

½ tin Susu Isian Sejat F&N 

1 sudu kecil Garam

 Pes Rempah

2 inci Kunyit segar, dikupas

2 biji Cili padi

2 biji Cili merah

1 biji Bawang Besar

Langkah-langkah

  1. Kisarkan semua bahan rempah menjadi pes.
  2. Panaskan kuali dengan api sederhana, masukkan minyak dan gorengkan daging ayam sehingga kekuningan. Gaulkan pes rempah sehingga sebati.
  3. Masukkan air, daun kunyit, asam keeping dan garam, biarkan mendidih selama 10 minit.
  4. Masukkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N. Biarkan mendidih seketika dan matikan api.
  5. Sedia untuk dihidang.
