Ingredients

1 pcs whole chicken, cut into 6-8 pieces

1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder (Marinate)

1 tsp Salt (Marinate)

1/4 can F&N Evaporated Filled Milk (Marinate)

2 pcs Onions

4 cloves Garlic

1 inch Ginger

3 pcs Lemon Grass

5 tbsp Cili Boh

1/2 cup Oil

1/4 cup Water

3/4 cup F&N Evaporated Filled Milk

1 tsp Salt

3 tbsp Sugar

1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

Prepartion

  1. Marinated all the ingredient with chicken, set aside for 1 hour.
  2. Prepare the sauce by blending, onions, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, and cili boh.
  3. Heat up a wok add in oil, and fried the spice paste until oil separation.
  4. Add in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk, water, turmeric powder, salt and sugar. And let it simmer, once simmer add in the cornstarch and cook until its thicken, set aside
  5. Grill the chicken in an oven or on a pan until golden brown. Brush the chicken with the sauce and grill for 3 minutes each side repeats 3 times
  6. Dish out and drizzle with extra sauces, serve.

Bahan-bahan

1 ekor Ayam, dipotong 6-8 bahagian

1/2 sudu besar Serbuk kunyik (Perapan)

1 sudu kecil Garam (Perapan)

1/4 tin Susu Isian Sejat F&N (Perapan)

2 biji Bawang besar

4 ulas Bawang putih

1 inci Halia

3 batang Serai

5 sudu besar Cili boh

1/2 cawan Minyak sayur

1/4 cawan Air

3/4 cawan Susu Isian Sejat F&N

1 sudu kecil Garam

3 sudu besar Gula

1/2 sudu kecil Serbuk kunyit

Langkah-langkah

  1. Perap kesemua bahan-bahan bersama ayam, biarkan selam 1 jam.
  2. Sediakan sos percik dengan mengisar bawang besar, bawang putih, halia, serai dan cili boh.
  3. Panas kuali dengan minyak dan tumis rempah hingga pecah minyak.
  4. Tambahkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N,air, serbuk kunyit, garam dan gula.Kemudian, renehkan dan tambah tepung jagung. Masak hingga pekat and biarkan
  5. Bakar ayam menggunakan oven atau kuali hingga kuning keemasan. Sapukan sos percik diatas atas ayam dan bakar selama 3 minit untuk kedua-dua belah, ulang selama 3 kali.
  6. Angkat dan hidangkan dengan sos percik selebihnya.
