Preparation
- Make the bechamel sauce starting with melting the butter in a saucepan, add in black pepper, flour, and let it cook for 1 minute. Add in water, F&N Evaporated Filled Milk, and salt. Bring it to a simmer and once thicken remove from fire. Set a side
- Layer the lasagna starting with rendang, bechamel sauce, mozzarella, then lasagna skin, repeats stacking 5 layers
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese on top and bake in oven 180C for 20 mins until lasagna skin is soft.
- Dish out and serve.
Langkah-langkah
- Untuk membuat sos bechamel, bermula dengan mencairkan mentega dalam periuk, masukkan lada hitam, tepung, dan biarkan masak selama 1 minit. Masukkan air, Susu Isian Sejat F&N, dan garam. Biarkan mendidih dan setelah pekat,keluar dari api.ketepikan.
- Lapiskan lasagna dimulai dengan rendang, sos bechamel, keju mozzarella,kemudian kulit lasagna, ulangkan langkah menjadi 5 lapisan
- Taburkan keju parmesan dan bakar di dalam ketuhar 180C selama 20 minit sehingga kulit lasagna menjadi lembut.
- Hidangkan segera.
