230g Butter
80g Granulated sugar
8g Vanilla essence
388g CAP JUNJUNG® Sweetened Creamer
350g Plain flour
2g Salt
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 160℃ and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Beat the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. Add in CAP JUNJUNG® Sweetened Creamer and vanilla essence, beat until smooth
- Sift in the flour and salt, beat until a smooth dough is formed.
- Transfer the cookie dough into a piping bag and pipe the cookie dough about 2 inches apart on the lined baking tray.
- Bake for 12 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool down completely before serving.

388g Krimer Manis CAP JUNJUNG®
350g Tepung gandum
2g Garam
Langkah-langkah
- Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 160℃ dan lapikkan loyang dengan kertas kulit.
- Campurkan Krimer Manis CAP JUNJUNG® bersama esen vanila. Pukul campuran dengan mixer sehingga rata.
- Tapiskan tepung gandum dan garam ke dalam adunan, pukul lagi sehingga menjadi doh yang licin.
- Masukkan adunan ke dalam piping beg dan pipekan bentuk biskut bulat lebih kurang 2 inci di atas kertas minyak.
- Masukkan ke dalam ketuhar untuk dibakar selama 12 minit sehingga warna keemasan.
- Keluarkan loyang dari ketuhar dan dibiarkan sejuk. Sedia dihidang.
