Ingredients

450g Rice, soaked for 20 minutes

2L Water

3 nos Onions, minced

8 cloves Garlic, minced

2 inch Ginger, minced

500g Beef, rough cut

25g Soup spice mix powder

1 cube Beef stock bouillon

1 no Potato, cut cube

1 pc Carrot, cut cube

3 tbsp Coriander, rough chopped

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder

1/2 can F&N Evaporated Filled Milk

2 tbsp Fried shallots

Preparation

  1. Stir fried onion, garlic, and ginger. Add in, soup mix and cook until aromatic
  2. Add in beef, rice, potato, carrot and beef stock and give it a mix. Add in water, season with salt and pepper. Simmer until the rice become soft.
  3. Add in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk, Coriander, and fried shallots. Let it simmer for another 10 minutes. Remove from heat and serve

450g Beras yang direndam selama 20 minit

2L Air

3 biji Bawang besar dicincang

8 ulas Bawang putih dicincang

2 inci Halia dicincang

500g Daging yang telah di potong

25g Serbuk rempah sup

1 kiub Stok daging

1 biji Kentang, kentang dipotong dadu

1 batang Lobak merah dipotong dadu

3 sudu besar Daun ketumbar dihiris dengan halus

1 sudu kecil Garam

1/2 sudu kecil Serbuk lada hitam

1/2 tin Susu Isian Sejat F&N

2 sudu besar Bawang goreng

Langkah-langkah

  1. Tumiskan bawang besar, bawang putih dan halia. Masukkan serbuk rempah sup dan masak sehingga naik bau.
  2. Kemudian, masukkan daging, beras, kentang, lobak merah dan stok daging. Masukkan juga air, garam dan lada hitam secukupnya. Kacau kesemuanya, renehkan sehingga beras bertukar menjadi nasi yang lembut.
  3. Tamabahkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N, daun ketumbar, and bawang goreng. Biarkan selama 10 minit. Tutup api dan hidang.
