500gm  Beras pulut hitam

2000 ml   Water

100gm / 1 pc Gula melaka

250 gm Sugar

375 ml  F&N Evaporated Filled Milk

3 pcs  Daun pandan

Methods

  1. In a pot, add the beras pulut with the water and boil for 30 minutes, or until the beras pulut is soft.
  2. Then add the gula melaka, sugar, and pandan leaf and cook until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add in marinated chicken in the percik sauce and cook for 30 minutes. Add in the F&N Evaporated Filled Milk. Cook for 10 minutes. Set the sauce aside.
  4. Lastly, add the F&N evaporated filtered milk and stir until well combined.
  5. Serve while hot. Enjoy!

Cara memasak

  1. Dalam periuk, masukkan beras pulut bersama air dan rebus selama 30 minit, atau sehingga beras pulut lembut.
  2. Kemudian masukkan gula melaka, gula, dan daun pandan dan masak sehingga gula larut.
  3. Akhir sekali masukkan F&N Susu Isian Sejat dan kacau sehingga sebati.
  4. Hidangkan semasa panas. Nikmati!
