10g Green agar powder

1L Coconut water

250g Sugar

1/2 tsp Pandan extract

160g Shredded young coconut flesh

350g Nata de coco

388g CAP JUNJUNG® Sweetened Creamer

200ml Whipped cream

Preparation

  1. In a pot, combine green agar powder, sugar and coconut water, bring to boil.
  2. Remove from heat, add pandan extract and stir to combine.
  3. Pour into a flat dish. Allow to cool until set. Cut the jelly into cubes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine coconut flesh, nata de coco, cream and CAP JUNJUNG® Sweetened Creamer, cut jelly cube stir until mixed well.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour. Serve cold!

10g Serbuk agar-agar berwarna hijau

1L Air kelapa

250g Gula pasir

1/2 tsp Perisa pandan

160g Isi kelapa muda dihiris

350g Nata de coco

388g Krimer Manis CAP JUNJUNG®

200ml Krim putar

Langkah-langkah

  1. Masukkan serbuk agar-agar, gula pasir dan air kelapa ke dalam periuk, panas sehingga mendidih.
  2. Padamkan api. Tambahkan perisa pandan dan gaul sebati.
  3. Sejukkan seketika dan kemudian potong agar-agar dalam bentuk kiub.
  4. Sediakan bekas besar, campurkan isi kelapa muda, nata de coco, krim putar, Krimer Manis CAP JUNJUNG® dan kiub agar-agar. Kacau sebati.
  5. Simpan dalam peti sejuk selama 1 jam dan sedia untuk dihidangkan.
