1 can (390g)Carnation © Evaporated Creamer
3 cloves Garlic (chopped)
10g Curry Leaf
1 stalkLemongrass (sliced)
3 pcs Bird eye chili (sliced)
100g Margarine
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chicken stock powder
½ tbsp Corn starch
Methods
- Blanch the seafood, broccoli and corn. Set aside.
- To make the sauce, melt margarine in a pan over medium heat.
- Add in garlic, curry leaf, lemongrass and bird eye chili, saute until fragrant.
- Lower the heat, stir in Carnation © Evaporated Creamer, simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add in capsicum, mix corn starch with water, stir into the sauce to thicken.
- Season with sugar, salt and chicken stock powder.
- Add in the blanched ingredients, stir well.
- Ready to serve.

1 sudu kecil Serbuk pati ayam
½ sudu kecil Tepung Jagung
Cara Penyediaan
Cara untuk krim isian
- Rebuskan segala makanan laut, brokoli dan jagung. Angkat dan tapiskan.
- Panaskan marjerin dalam kuali dengan api sederhana untuk membuat sos.
- Masukkan bawang putih, daun kari, serai dan cili benih mata burung, tumis sehingga naik bau.
- Kecilkan api, masukkan Krimer Sejat CARNATION® renah selama 3 minit.
- Masukkan cili benggala, bancuh tepung jagung dengan air, kacau sos sehingga pekat.
- Perasakan dengan gula, garam dan serbuk pati ayam.
- Masukkan bahan yang dah direbus dan kacau lagi.
- Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
