350g Penne pasta (raw)

2 tbsp Olive oil

2 nos Capsicum

3 tbsp  Butter

4 cloves  Garlic (chopped)

30g All purpose flour

500ml Chicken broth

1 can (390g) IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk

90g Parmesan cheese

3 tbsp Cajun spice

As needed Mixed seafood

To taste Salt

To taste  Black pepper

As needed Parsley (garnish)


  1. Boil the penne pasta to half cooked, rinse under cold water and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, fry the seafood to half cooked.
  3. Remove the seafood from pan and set aside.
  4. Melt butter in same pan, saute garlic to fragrant. Add in all purpose flour, keep saute for a while.
  5. Add in chicken broth, cajun spice, IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk, pasta & seafood. Simmer to cook the pasta.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese and capsicum. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with some chopped parsley to serve!
