350g Penne pasta (raw)
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 nos Capsicum
3 tbsp Butter
4 cloves Garlic (chopped)
30g All purpose flour
500ml Chicken broth
1 can (390g) IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
90g Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp Cajun spice
As needed Mixed seafood
To taste Salt
To taste Black pepper
As needed Parsley (garnish)
- Boil the penne pasta to half cooked, rinse under cold water and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, fry the seafood to half cooked.
- Remove the seafood from pan and set aside.
- Melt butter in same pan, saute garlic to fragrant. Add in all purpose flour, keep saute for a while.
- Add in chicken broth, cajun spice, IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk, pasta & seafood. Simmer to cook the pasta.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and capsicum. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with some chopped parsley to serve!
