Caramel

300g Sugar

4 tbsp Water

Custard

4 pcs Eggs

4 cup/ 1 litter Carnation Evaporated Creamer

200g Sugar

2 tsp Vanilla essence

A pinch / 1g Salt

Methods

  1. Cook the caramel in a saucepan.
  2. Fill in the container. (20ml/container)
  3. Mix all the custard ingredients well.
  4. Sift the mixture and pour in the container. (100ml/container)
  5. Cover the container and let it steam for 20 minutes at 120°C.
  6. Let it cool a bit and set in the chiller for 1 hour.
  7. Remove the cover and ready to be served.

Milk

1 tin / 390ml Susu Sejat Penuh Krim Ideal

500 ml / 2 cwn Air (Ditapis)

110gm / 7 sm Gula

1 cubit Garam

Secukupnya Ais

Jelly

1 pkt (90g) Serbuk Kristal Jeli Nona (Perisa Strawberi)

400ml Air

Langkah-langkah

  1. Dalam periuk gaul rata Serbuk Kristal Jeli Nona (Perisa Strawberi) dan air.
  2. Panaskan adunan sehingga larut.
  3. Masukkan ke dalam bekas (Bekas segi empat sama 1000ml) dan biarkan dalam peti ais selama 30 minit.
  4. Dalam jug masukkan Susu Sejat Penuh Krim Ideal dan bahan lain, gaul sehingga sebati.
  5. Potong agar-agar menjadi dadu kecil dan masukkan ke dalam cawan, tuangkan susu dan nikmati sejuk.
