Caramel
300g Sugar
4 tbsp Water
Custard
4 pcs Eggs
4 cup/ 1 litter Carnation Evaporated Creamer
200g Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla essence
A pinch / 1g Salt
Methods
- Cook the caramel in a saucepan.
- Fill in the container. (20ml/container)
- Mix all the custard ingredients well.
- Sift the mixture and pour in the container. (100ml/container)
- Cover the container and let it steam for 20 minutes at 120°C.
- Let it cool a bit and set in the chiller for 1 hour.
- Remove the cover and ready to be served.

1 tin / 390ml Susu Sejat Penuh Krim Ideal
500 ml / 2 cwn Air (Ditapis)
110gm / 7 sm Gula
1 cubit Garam
Secukupnya Ais
Jelly
1 pkt (90g) Serbuk Kristal Jeli Nona (Perisa Strawberi)
400ml Air
Langkah-langkah
- Dalam periuk gaul rata Serbuk Kristal Jeli Nona (Perisa Strawberi) dan air.
- Panaskan adunan sehingga larut.
- Masukkan ke dalam bekas (Bekas segi empat sama 1000ml) dan biarkan dalam peti ais selama 30 minit.
- Dalam jug masukkan Susu Sejat Penuh Krim Ideal dan bahan lain, gaul sehingga sebati.
- Potong agar-agar menjadi dadu kecil dan masukkan ke dalam cawan, tuangkan susu dan nikmati sejuk.
