500g Carrot, grated

500ml Magnolia Sterilized Full Cream Milk

½ tsp Cardamom powder

2 tbsp Ghee

As needed  Mixed nuts, roasted

2 tbsp  Raisin


  1. In a pot, bring Magnolia Sterilized Full Cream Milk to boil then add in carrots.
  2. Cook until the milk evaporated, add in sugar.
  3. Continue to cook until half dry.
  4. Add in ghee, saute to dry and thicken.
  5. Stir in cardamom powder.
  6. Top with some nuts and serve.
